Our Yellow Series provide a great starting point for beginning readers. The Yellow Series consists of Yellow Circle, Yellow Square and Yellow DECK-odable cards.
Yellow Circle: The first 5 books in the Yellow Circle set are illustrated, and the final 5 books are created with photos.
Yellow Square: All 10 books in this set are created with appealing photos.
Yellow DECK-dables: A set of 150 cards created with engaging photos.
The font is large with extra spacing between words and lines, and we use a font with the single story <ɑ>. The initial books of the series include short phrases, as well as sentences, to help beginning readers build their confidence. Simple orthographic conventions are also introduced, such as when to use <ck>.
