At SyllaSense, we are happy to serve customers across a wide range of locations. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and handling:

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:
We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States

If you are located outside of these regions, please contact us at sales@syllasense.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

TIMELINES:

We aim to have your books shipped to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. We use Canada Post and UPS as our shipping partners and the cost of shipping is determined by the weight of your books.

Please note that our biggest product bundle is the Full Series Bundle, Classroom Set, and this will be shipped in one, 42lb box. This is the heaviest box we currently use. If this box is too heavy for your team, please reach out to us and we will configure your shipment with multiple, lighter boxes.

 

RETURNS:

SyllaSense Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SyllaSense purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, here’s everything you need to know:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, books must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Pro Tip: Be sure to keep your packaging until you’re certain you want to keep the product!

2. How to Return Your Books:

  • Step 1: Notify Us First
    Email us at sales@syllasense.com to report your return intention. We’ll confirm your request and provide you with further instructions.
  • Step 2: Ship the Product
    After we approve your return, mail the books to the following address:

3. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned books, we’ll process your refund for the cost of the books (minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee).
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:
While our books leave the warehouse in pristine condition, the long journey across trucks, trains, and planes can occasionally lead to minor damage. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right!
Contact us immediately at sales@syllasense.com. We’ll send you a prepaid return label for your damaged item and arrange for a replacement set to be shipped to you right away, at no additional cost.
Pro Tip: For a quick resolution, please provide photos of the damaged product when reaching out!
