We happily accept purchase orders.
Some teachers, schools, boards, districts, etc., may require that purchases be completed via Purchase Orders, and we are happy to help you through this process. We can complete an estimate for you, which will include your requested products, shipping, and, if applicable, any bundling/discounts and taxes. You can then use this estimate to request a Purchase Order from your school/board/district.

How to Submit a Purchase Order
Please email your purchase order to sales@syllasense.com. Once we have received your purchase order, we will process and ship the books, then forward our invoice. We aim to ship your order within one business day from receiving your PO.

Bulk Order Discount
The more you purchase, the more the cost per book drops. We have bundled options that result in a lower price per book, than if you were to purchase the same books individually.
In addition, we also offer bulk order discounts: 5% off purchases of 5 or more of any of our Classroom Sets and 10% off purchases of 10 or more of any of our Classroom Sets.
We recommend that you request a quote to ensure you get the best pricing possible.

FAQs
The short answer is no, POs are generated by the Finance Department within a district. We can, however, create an estimate for you, which you can then give to your school/board/district, and they will generate a PO. This PO can then be sent to sales@syllasense.com for fulfillment.
If you provide us with a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate, we will ensure that taxes are not applied to your estimate/order.
For our American customers: we do not currently collect your state’s sales taxes however we do require a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate for Customs/Nexus tracking.
Our books are priced so that the cost per book decreases as you purchase more. For example, the cost per book when you purchase 10 titles (1 series) is $5.25 per book. Our cost per book, when you purchase the Full Series Bundle Single Title Set (70 books), is $4.42 per book. Our Full Series Bundle Classroom Set (420 books) is $4.02 per book. If you purchase 10 or more Full Series Bundle Classroom Sets, we will offer an additional 10% off, bringing the cost per book down to $3.62 per book.
Our standard quotes are valid for 30 days, however, we recognize that some systems require additional time, and we are happy to extend the date; you need only tell us at the time you request the quote.

Taxes & Shipping
Taxes
In Canada, books are charged GST only, while shipping taxes are based on your provincial tax rate.
For our American customers, we do not currently collect your states’ sales taxes, and thus you won’t find tax charges on your invoices/receipts. We still require proof of tax exemption, if applicable, for customs and Nexus tracking.
Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the USA. Our shipping is calculated based on weight. The more you purchase, the higher the shipping rate. If you live outside of these countries, please email us to get a quote for shipping to your destination.
