The following sets contain our Blue Series. The Blue Series has a range of text structures, including fiction and non-fiction.
Some texts have more of a narrative structure, describing what the characters are doing and experiencing. Other texts are true non-fiction texts, which help to build student’s understanding of our world. This series includes engaging topics ranging from sledding, to life in the city, to fun things to do at recess. The Blue Series is parallel to the Teal Series in terms of the level of difficulty, however each series covers different concepts. You can choose to start with either Blue or Teal, depending on your instructional sequence.
